Beam Suntory unveils a range of luxury spirits exclusively at Delhi Duty-Free Store.

One of the world’s rarest whiskies like Yamazaki® 55-Year-Old single malt whisky, Hibiki® 21-Year-Old blended whisky, Bowmore Timeless 31-Year-Old and Bowmore x Aston Martin (10 Year, 15 Year and 18 Year Old) will be exclusively available at Delhi Duty Free Store

Beam Suntory, a world leader in premium spirits, unveils a range of exclusive and luxurious spirits to the Indian market for the first time. Exclusively available at DDFS, these high-end premium range includes brands like Yamazaki® 55-Year-Old single malt whisky, the longest matured whisky in Suntory’s history considered as one of the world’s rarest whiskies, Hibiki® 21-Year-Old blended whisky, Bowmore Timeless 31-Year-Old, Bowmore x Aston Martin (10 Year, 15 Year and 18 Year Old).

Known as some of the world’s rarest and sought-after whiskies, these brands have a rich heritage and legacy being a perfect combination of innovation and special limited editions truly coveted by discerning whisky consumers all around the world. Further information includes:

  • Yamazaki® 55-Year-Old – From the birthplace of Japanese Whisky, Yamazaki® 55-Year-Old is a blend of precious single malts distilled in 1960 under the supervision of Suntory’s founder Shinjiro Torii and then aged in Mizunara casks; and in 1964 under Suntory’s Second Master Blender Keizo Saji and then aged in White Oak casks. Suntory’s Fifth-Generation Chief Blender Shinji Fukuyo worked closely with Third-Generation Master Blender Shingo Torii in deploying their signature art of blending to reveal the exceptional depth, complexity matured for more than 55 years and is the House of Suntory’s oldest release in its history. Being a highly limited edition, it was first introduced in Japan in the year 2020 with 100 bottles, and an additional 100 bottles have been released in 2021 giving a rare opportunity for consumers to enjoy a unique, refined whisky experience with a historical significance associated with it.
  • Hibiki® 21-Year-Old – Known as the paragon of ‘The Art of Japanese Whisky’, Suntory Whisky Hibiki® 21-Year-Old blended whisky represents a perfect harmony of innumerous malt and grain whiskies aged over 21 years. It celebrates an unrivaled art of blending, fine craftsmanship and luxury making and is not only Japan’s most highly awarded blended whisky, but among the most prestigious and honoured whiskies in the world. Hibiki meaning “harmony” is not only considered a symbol of House of Suntory’s evolution, but also of Japanese craftsmanship in general given its rich heritage making it one of the rarest whiskies in the world.
  • Bowmore Timeless 31-Year-Old – Bowmore Timeless 31-Year-Old is a masterpiece beautifully crafted and shaped by time with an unwavering attention to detail. The 31-year-old single malt was matured in ex-Bourbon casks for 29 years and finished for two years in Spanish oak Matusalem Sherry-seasoned butts. With Bowmore Timeless Series, the key is the careful selection of the right casks, at the right time making it one of the most sophisticated and coveted single malts. It was created exclusive to Global Travel Retail and is limited to just 3,000 bottles in the world.
  • Bowmore x Aston Martin – A perfect example of how Bowmore is creating its mark in premiumisation of its GTR portfolio is its recent partnership with Aston Martin. Bowmore’s existing 10-, 15- and 18-year-old whiskies, one of the most sought-after single-malts in the world feature designs created by Aston Martin, which is a striking concept bringing together an iconic whisky and a legendary car in a bottle. This exclusive collection brings together Bowmore’s exceptional whisky making credentials with the design talent of one of the world’s foremost luxury automotive marques, to create new concepts celebrating the synergies and shared passions of these two distinguished brands.
