Suntory Whisky released The 2021 Hibiki Japanese Harmony Whisky

Suntory Whisky revealed the new design of 2021 Limited Edition ‘Hibiki Japanese Harmony Whisky’. The limited-edition bottling pays tribute to the Ryusui-Hyakka (One-Hundred Flowers and Flowing Water).

The Japanese word “Hibiki” means “Resonance”, which honors the Harmony that lives between Nature and People. Suntory Whiskey introduced Hibiki whiskey to celebrate their 90^th Anniversary of producing premium quality spirits. The name “Japanese Harmony” symbolized the infusion of nature and the twenty-four seasons of Japan’s traditional calendar. This is reflected in the 24 facets of its bottle’s design.

The design showcases the blossoms of the Japanese twenty-four seasons juxtaposed with the ever-changing flow of water that connects one passing season to another. The Japanese blossoms offer an exquisite and delicate appearance with different seasons. The design associates various seasons with blossoms like- “Plum Blossom” for “Spring”, “Japanese Iris” for “Summer”, “Japanese Maple” for “Autumn”, and “Camellia” for “Winter”. Each blossom is an exquisite, delicate creation evoking treasured memories, sensory pleasures, and emotions.

NOSE: Rose, lychee, a hint of rosemary, mature woodiness, sandalwood
PALATE: Honey like sweetness, candied orange peel, white chocolate
FINISH: Subtle, tender long finish, with a hint of Mizunara (Japanese oak)
BOTTLED AT: 43% ABV, 70 cl

The 2021 Hibiki Japanese Harmony whisky is available for a suggested retail price of $125 for a 750ml bottle.
