Tanqueray is one of the most loved gin-brands in the United States. It is an English gin brand which is distributed worldwide by Diageo Company. Earlier during the founding years, the distillery was located at the Bloomsbury district of London but in 1995, it was relocated to Cameronbridge, Fife, Scotland, where it remains.

The USP of the brand is their trade secret traditional recipe passed down through generations. London dry gin is made by double distilling grain, with select botanicals added during the second distillation. While the Tanqueray recipe is a closely guarded trade secret, it is known to contain four botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica root, and liquorice, all common botanicals in gin productions.
