- 45ml ounces vodka (vanilla)
- 30ml caramel syrup (plus more for rim)
- 60ml Irish cream
- Garnish: salt (kosher or sea, for rim) and soft caramel candy
Rim the glass with caramel syrup and then with salt and keep it in the freezer so that caramel sets. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add vodka, irish cream and caramel syrup. Shake it well. Remove the glass from freezer and strain the drink into the glass.
