Recipe

  • 60ml Patrón Reposado tequila
  • 15ml Fino sherry
  • 5ml Caper brine
  • 15ml Sugar syrup
  • Garnish: Lime zest

Stir all the ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
