- 45ml Old Tom Gin
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Simple Syrup
- Top Up with Soda
- Garnish:- Lemon Wheel and Maraschino Cherry
Pour all the ingredients in the glass. Add Ice and Stir. Top up with Soda.
History
- According to David Wandrach (Historian), Tom Collins which is similar to Gin Punches was already being served in London Bars and a barkeep John Collins named it after himself. However, the drink was originally made with Old Tom Gin and drinkers usually requested that rather than John Collins.
