Recipe

• 30ml vodka
• 15ml Cherry Heering 
• 5-7ml Benedictine
• 1 teaspoon lemon zest
• 150ml soda water

Add the vodka, Cherry Heering, Benedictine and lemon zest into a mixing glass and lightly muddle the lemon zest. Add ice and stir until well-chilled. Fine-strain into a Collins glass with ice. Top with the soda water
