Recipe
- 60ml silver tequila
- 1no. egg white
- 30ml fresh lime juice
- 30ml simple syrup
- Pinch sea salt,
- Crushed ice
Pour everything except the ice into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add ice to fill the shaker 1/3 full and shake for another 30 seconds. Strain into 2 glasses and serve.
