Rum & Smoke


  • 45ml Aged rum
  • 25ml Oloroso sherry
  • 5-7ml Tempus Fugit Gran Classico bitter liqueur
  • 1 barspoon Smoked-rosemary simple syrup
  • Garnish: Flamed rosemary sprig

In a mixing glass, add all ingredients with ice and stir until chilled.Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.Garnish with a flamed rosemary sprig.Cover with a glass dome and let sit for 1-2 minutes, or until the cocktail is well smoked, before drinking.
