Beet Rose


  • 60ml Vodka (Kettle One)
  • 30ml fresh beet juice
  • 25ml fresh lemon juice
  • 6 mint leaves
  • Prosecco, chilled, to top
  • Garnish: mint sprig and a lemon twist

Add all ingredients except prosecco into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.Double-strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.Top with prosecco.Garnish with a mint sprig and lemon twist.
