Jalisco Sunset


  • 1 sprig Rosemary
  • 15 ml  Agave syrup
  • 75 ml  Lime juice, fresh
  • 4 pieces Of 1-inch fresh cantaloupe (cubed or balled)
  • 15 ml Aperol
  • 45 ml Hiatus Blanco tequila
  • Garnish- rosemary and cantaloupe scoops

Muddle cantaloupe and rosemary in a shaker, add ice and other ingredients, shake and strain in a martini glass (preferred) and garnish with rosemary and cantaloupe scoops.
