Recipe
- 1 sprig Rosemary
- 15 ml Agave syrup
- 75 ml Lime juice, fresh
- 4 pieces Of 1-inch fresh cantaloupe (cubed or balled)
- 15 ml Aperol
- 45 ml Hiatus Blanco tequila
- Garnish- rosemary and cantaloupe scoops
Muddle cantaloupe and rosemary in a shaker, add ice and other ingredients, shake and strain in a martini glass (preferred) and garnish with rosemary and cantaloupe scoops.
