  • 20 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • 1 white egg
  • float 15 ml red wine (la spinetta barbaresco gallina)
  • Garnish:- Made basket with Parmigiano cheese and homemade red wine jam with maraschino cherry and gold powder
