Recipe
- 60 ml Prosecco
- 30 ml Rhubarb & Ginger Gin
- 30 ml Cranberry Juice
- Tonic Water – to top with
- Garnish – Rosemary sprig
Pour in all the ingredients except tonic water, stir well. Then pour into glasses, top each glass with a splash of tonic water and a rosemary sprig.
