Recipe
- 60 ml Cognac
- Lime Juice
- 60 ml Apple Juice
- Dry Ginger Ale
- Garnish- Apple slice
Pour Cognac and lime juice into a Highball glass filled with ice. Fill to three quarters with apple juice. Stir. Top with ginger ale, garnish with a slice of red apple.
