Recipe

• 40ml Dark Rum
• 20ml 151proof Demerara Rum
• 15ml Coffee Liqueur
• 15ml Coconut Liqueur
• 120ml Pineapple Juice
• 10ml Lemon Juice
• Garnish:- Pineapple Slice and Cherry

Pour all the ingredients except Demerara Rum in a shaker. Add Ice and Shake. Pour in chilled Hurricane Glass. Float Demerara Rum on top.
