Recipe
- Ice Cubes
- 30 ml Calvados
- 25 ml Lemon Juice
- 30 ml Triple Sec
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
History
This drink, originally called an Adam’s Apple Martini because the bartender who created it was named Adam, was created in 1996 at Lola’s West Hollywood restaurant. The drink Adam’s Apple was advertised by Smirnoff in the July 1972 issue of Playboy Magazine to the inside front cover.
