Recipe

• 45ml Vodka or Tequila
• 180ml Clamato juice
• 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon Celery seed
• 4 dashes Tobasco sauce
• 1 Lemon
• 1 teaspoon dried dill
• Ground black pepper
• Garnish:- 2 Shucked littleneck clams with juice

Combine ingredients in a picher and stir well. Pour over ice into pint glass. Place Clams on neck

• Clamato Juice:- Clamato is a commercial drink made of reconstituted tomato juice concentrate and sugar, which is flavored with spices, dried clam broth and MSG. Made by Mott’s, the name is a portmanteau of clam and tomato. It is also referred to colloquially as “clamato juice”. It is consumed in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
