Recipe
- 30 ml gin
- 30 ml Americano
- 22-25 ml beer
- 22-25 ml sage beer syrup
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Garnish: saga leaves
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain over ice into a Collins glass. Garnish with sage leaves.
