• 7-8 ml Bénédictine
  • 15 ml Cherry Heering
  • 45 ml Plymouth gin
  • 22-25 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml  demerara syrup (one part demerara sugar, one part water)
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 60 ml club soda
  • Garnish: lemon slice

Add all the ingredients except the club soda to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with the club soda and garnish with a lemon slice
