Recipe
- 7-8 ml Bénédictine
- 15 ml Cherry Heering
- 45 ml Plymouth gin
- 22-25 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml demerara syrup (one part demerara sugar, one part water)
- 1 dash orange bitters
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 60 ml club soda
- Garnish: lemon slice
Add all the ingredients except the club soda to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with the club soda and garnish with a lemon slice
