Recipe
- 25 ml Light Rum
- 25 ml Gin
- 25 ml Apricot Brandy
- 12 1/2 ml Cherry Brandy
- 100 ml Pineapple Juice
- 25 ml Mineral Water
Add all ingredients to the mixing tin and top up with ice. Shake hard for 10 seconds. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a small pineapple slice.
