Red Caviar – Campari

Recipe

  • 20ml Skyy vodka
  • 15ml Campari
  • 30ml ocean spray cranberry juice
  • 15ml fresh lime juice
  • 2tsp fresh cream float.

Without cream shake all the ingredients with ice and after double strain – pour into a chilled martini glass and float cream.

Homemade caviars used for this drink:-

Ingredients: 500 ml Cold seed oil (+4 C *), 250 ml Campari, 1 g Agar Agar (4 g / L) Syringe (without needle) or kitchen baby bottle with fine hole. Preparation of the liquid to be purified. Take 250 ml of Campari and place it in a saucepan, add 1g of agar-agar and bring to a boil. Continue until the mixture is used up. Once all the small spheres have been created, with the help of a fine mesh net, gently pass the spheres in a container with clean water, after a few seconds, pass the net on a sheet of kitchen paper cloth, to remove the most possible moisture from the spheres. Store all the balls in a container or box with a lid. Store in the refrigerator at +4 C
