Recipe
- 30ml apricot brandy
- 30ml brandy
- 30ml Grand Marnier
- 30ml fresh orange juice
- ½ fresh egg white
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Orange zest – to garnish
Shake all the ingredients well with ice and strain into a decorative glass. Garnish with a piece of orange zest
