- Ice Cubes
- 20 ml Cognac
- 10 ml Dry Vermouth
- Simple Syrup
- Champagne to top – around 120 ml
Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes. Add cognac, dry vermouth and simple syrup. Stir and strain into a champagne glass. Top up with champagne
