Recipe

• 60 ml Brandy
• 30 ml Van der Hum Liqueur
• 30 ml Tia Maria
• 5 ml  single cream

Shake the Brandy, Van der Hum, Tia Maria and cream together over ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Decorate with grated chocolate.
