Recipe

• 60ml Gin
• 15ml Dry Vermouth
• Garnish:- Lemon Twist or Olive

Pour all the ingredients in a shaker. Add Ice and Shake. Strain and Pour into a Chilled Cocktail Glass.

History

• 1860
• Unclear about the origin, but some says it got derived from another cocktail Martinez.
• Could be served shaken, but some suggest originally it was stirred.
• London Dry Gin is usually used
