Recipe
- 60ml Vodka (Kettle One)
- 30ml fresh beet juice
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 6 mint leaves
- Prosecco, chilled, to top
- Garnish: mint sprig and a lemon twist
Add all ingredients except prosecco into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.Double-strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.Top with prosecco.Garnish with a mint sprig and lemon twist.
